However, if you feel that what you ordered is faulty or incorrectly sent, please email us immediately at sales@ultra-appeal.com, providing your Order No., details of the fault and a photograph of the fault. We will replace your order if we have confirmed that the item is incorrectly sent faulty. This is on condition that you did not tamper with the contents or used any part of the contents. Such behavior of returning used or tampered products would translate to intentional acceptance of the product except in the case that the product is obviously defective e.g. smells different from what it should be.
